The Gratitude Episode

Listen here or wherever you get your podcasts!

One of Courtney's favorite things in all of this big vast, chaotic, sublime life is gratitude! Truly. It has been one of the most profound practices in Courtney's journey of mindful wellbeing in every day life and has been the catalyst for significant change in her mental health as well.

In this episode we get very real and vulnerable, talking about anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation (Please make your own personal choice about whether this topic is safe for you to listen), and the role gratitude has played in overcoming those challenges.

Courtney also shares some practical tips on how to start or strengthen a gratitude practice. What are you grateful for? Share in the comments!

Shout outs include Viktor Frankl, Brene Brown, and Courtney's first therapist, Georgie! We also callback to episode 4 and the Five Senses activity. Check it out if you haven't already!
