This conversation covers a lot of helpful education and information about what our bodies need in terms of nourishment and is applicable to a wide range of folks. Holly's wisdom truly centers on nourishment through the seasons - and in this discussion she and Courtney discuss not only our body's needs during the atmospheric seasons but also our life seasons. Holly educates listeners on the importance of adrenal support, with a special nod to folks who menstruate and/or are experience (peri)menopause.

Holly's practically applied tips are infused throughout with urges to slow down, engage the senses, be mindful, drink water, and don't forget to breathe!
