Hudson Valley HorsePlay and Alchemy Behavioral Health Coaching are teaming up this summer to bring you Meadow-tation! Use the Eventbrite link to register.
You will find yourself out in the fields (or under the pavilion in inclement weather) engaging in a meditation guided by Courtney Edwards of Alchemy BHC while Cori Nichols and her herd of 7 colleagues provide the full sensory experience of equine-assisted mindfulness.
All are welcome and no prior experience with meditation or horses is required. Off-ground seating options will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring their own.
Space is limited so early registration is encouraged. Hour long sessions will be $20 in advance ($25 at the door). We do ask that only those over the age of 16 join us for this practice.
Kickoff event is Monday, May 30 at 8:30am and select dates will be announced throughout the summer. Find us at 98 Sherman Road in Kerhonkson!
