Join us Friday mornings, beginning Friday, June 30th at 8am for Group Walk and Talks on the O+W Rail Trail.
Connect with others, get some fresh air, and move your body! There is no fee for this opportunity and advance registration is absolutely required.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to walk approximately 40 minutes on uneven, dirt surfaces at an easy pace. Comfortable walking shoes, hydration, sunscreen, and insect repellent are strongly suggested.
