As a counselor turned life, relationship, and career coach I work with individuals, couples, and groups build a stronger foundation of wellbeing through the lens of positive psychology and mindfulness.
After earning my MS in Counseling from Pace University, I went on to obtain credentialing as a Board Certified Coach, allowing me to blend my background in mental health and counseling with life coaching. I am also a certified relationship coach, a certified meditation teacher, group facilitator, adjunct instructor, and podcaster.
I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the helping professions, working with adolescents, college students, adults, couples, and families.
I founded Alchemy Coaching in 2018 with a vision toward helping you live, love, and work better. I enjoy working on a variety of issues - career dissatisfaction, relationship challenges, burnout, executive functioning, strengthening boundaries and communication - but the core of what I hope to help with is gaining deeper insight and creating a happier, healthier tomorrow.
Additionally, I have been teaching for more than a decade, most recently as an adjunct instructor in the CACREP-accredited Counselor Education department at SUNY New Paltz.
When not working, I spend time running, hiking, and cycling in the Shawangunks and enjoy collecting books, dresses, and tattoos. I live and work in the Rondout and Hudson Valleys with my family and our pets.
