What is pragmatic spirit meditation? Mindfulness practice with solavis is pragmatic in its applicability to everyday life for everyday people. This come-as-you-are approach is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all practitioners and for anyone who seeks it.
Mindfulness practice with solavis is also a spirit-based experience. The work that we can accomplish through mindful awareness and insight has the ability to touch upon the light we all carry within. That light is the guiding force to feeling better, more fulfilled, more at ease, and more capable of facing the challenges we all encounter in our lives.
