Together, we will build a strong meditation practice in order to increase your mindful wellbeing in every day life. Steeped in the mission of pragmatic spirit meditation, this practical approach is designed to be accessible to all and relevant to our lives in our many roles and responsibilities.
Join us remotely for a brief information session for the beginner’s mind meditation program. This eight session series will begin in late October and extend through the middle of February.
Our info session is come-as-you-are and will provide you an outline of the curriculum so that you’ll know what to expect and how this will benefit your life: whether it is emotional or physical wellness, improved sleep, better focus and memory, or stress reduction. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions!
