Introduction to Sleep - Virtual Presentation


Building off an in-person presentation I’ve done in the past, along with a visual presentation I put together for daylight savings time, I am happy to share with you a virtual presentation on sleep hygiene and the ways you can maximize your own sleep potential.

A lot of people are struggling with sleep right now - maybe you are, too. It could be due to schedule changes, exercise and diet changes, or emotional challenges all due to staying at home amid COVID-19. So many of those factors are outside of our control but there are still things you can do right now to improve your sleep.

These three short videos will help you learn more about the science behind sleep, our sleep needs, and tips for improving sleep habits.
