A workshop designed specifically for the impacts of entering the third year of a global pandemic.
Based in the field of positive psychology and drawing heavily from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this workshop helps participants recognize the sources and symptoms of burnout in their own lives, as well as strategic interventions to reduce the impact of burnout on emotional health.
Additionally, we will look forward and identify proactive skills that will prevent future burnout, build resilience, and foster feelings of hope, optimism, gratitude and wellbeing.
Join us March 17 at 1pm for this free, online event held in partnership with the Ellenville Public Library and Museum.
