a variation: four sublime states breathing meditation

I am happy to offer this shorter, easy to remember, variation on the four sublime states. I breathe in lovingkindness. I breathe out prejudice and hatred. I breathe in compassion. I breathe out disconnection. I breathe in sympathetic joy. I breathe out resentment and jealousy. I breathe in equanimity. I breathe out chaos.
