Ashley Lambert, LCSW is a practicing psychotherapist in the Hudson Valley. Prior to starting her private practice in 2018, Ashley worked in an outpatient mental health clinic in NYC for several years. She holds an MSW degree from NYU, and has experience working with patients who struggle with anxiety, family/relationship issues, as well as disordered eating, relationship with food, and body image.
